Deep in the jungle, far from any humans or human settlement, is the Forest of Okoya a Pokemon paradise protected by a strict laws and rules barring any outsiders. In this jungle lives One day, Zarude, a mythical and stubborn pokemon who lived there found a human baby by the river. Unable to just leave the baby Zarude decided to keep and raise the baby away from their pack, breaking the known rules of the forest. Zarude names this child Koko. For the past ten years Koko has grown up in the Okoya Forest and has never once doubted they were a pokemon. There she meets her first human friend Ash accompanied by Pikachu. Now doubt has started to creep into Koko's mind and begins to wonder if they truly are a pokemon. Suddenly the sound of trespassing human footsteps approaches the forest, and Koko's peaceful changes drastically in an instant.
