Most City, a city in a certain country.

In the second floor of an old building was a small publishing house that published "Delusional Monthly Magazine.
The only staff there is the editor in chief Taro J. Suzuki. There also seems to be assistant Jiro Tanaka, an elementary school student, and his dog Saburo.
The editorial office is always empty so Taro, Jiro, and Saburo frequent cafe Rock located on the first floor of the same building. A new fantastical story begins when one day scientist Goro Sato comes in for a consultation.
