Story

Investigator Rena (Yuumi Kawai) is saddled with the brand-new zero-experience useless newbie, Sato (Ryota Bando) for a run-of-the-mill adultery investigation. Just when everything seems to be going well, a petty criminal named Dobu (Masaki Miura) steals the evidence. The two of them are down on their luck - until the owner of a bar (Nahoko Yoshimoto) helps them out with a request: to look into the private life of the mysterious taxi driver Odokawa (Atsushi Shinohara). This is their chance to fix their reputations. Looking into Odokawa's background suddenly brings the attention of the yakuza that run the town, a college kid trying to go viral, a laid-back suit, a fixer from the underworld, an underground idol: along with this mix of people from the streets, the two end up dragged into an incident involving a missing high school girl.
